I specialize in trauma-informed leadership, which is a framework that requires introspection, empathy, and an understanding of how past experiences can influence behaviour, decision-making, and overall leadership effectiveness.

Unpacking whiteness, settler entitlement & responsibility in solidarity work (3 days)
Workshop description: Informed by principles of consciousness-raising & popular education, this workshop is a space for white people who want to challenge white supremacy both around them and in their heads and hearts. In our short time together, we will begin to explore what white culture, white fragility, whiteness, and white supremacy might feel and look like, increase our ability to support other white people doing racial justice work and amplify existing resistance moments and movements. We will build our capacity to welcome conflict and reduce defensiveness, key skills for interrupting racism and racial trauma. Validating lived experiences, this workshop reminds white people of our collective power in favor of collective liberation.
