Workshop & Faciliation

I offer structured, flexible, and engaging educational programs that meet the needs of both learners and organizations, with a focus on embedding anti-oppression principles into all learning spaces. My approach is rooted in popular education, emergent design, ensuring a culturally responsive, supportive space for critical thinking and reflection.

I can serve as a facilitator, host or moderator to support your events. In facilitating group discussions, processes and dialogues, I aim to foster collaboration, connection and sustainable decision-making.

Unpacking whiteness, settler entitlement & responsibility in solidarity work (3 days)

Workshop description: Informed by principles of consciousness-raising & popular education, this workshop is a space for white people who want to challenge white supremacy both around them and in their heads and hearts. In our short time together, we will begin to explore what white culture, white fragility, whiteness, and white supremacy might feel and look like, increase our ability to support other white people doing racial justice work and amplify existing resistance moments and movements. We will build our capacity to welcome conflict and reduce defensiveness, key skills for interrupting racism and racial trauma. Validating lived experiences, this workshop reminds white people of our collective power in favor of collective liberation.

Trauma Informed Care; What Could it Look Like in Your Work (full day)

Workshop Description:

“Trauma informed" is more than just a buzzword, it's a fundamental shift in perspective. But what does it actually look like in the day-to-day reality of your role? This interactive workshop moves beyond theory to explore the practical application of Trauma Informed Care. Participants will move from understanding the principles to identifying concrete, actionable ways to integrate safety, trust, and collaboration into their interactions, programs, and organizational culture. Leave with a personalized roadmap for making your work more compassionate, effective, and sustainable for both you and the people you serve.
